Getting Started
|
To point your domain name to your new ePerfect hosting
account, you must modify the domain's nameserver information (DNS). This can be done
by the registrar where your domain was registered. Visit your registrar's web
site and just follow the directions provided there. If you do not know how to do
this, open a HelpDesk ticket
and we'll assist you with the process.

The nameservers/DNS vary depending on the server your
web site will be hosted on. This information will be contained in the
confirmation email you will receive when you sign up for your ePerfect hosting
account.
If you are anxious to get a head start, you may use the following:
Primary: ns9.eperfect.net
Secondary: ns10.eperfect.net
There is a 99% chance that these will be your DNS entries.

Once you submit the necessary DNS changes to your domain name registrar, it takes 24 to 48 hours until the changes propagate and your domain is pointed to your ePerfect hosting account.
